Our signature product, our personal-sized Quiches are substantial enough for a meal for one or a snack to share. All varieties of our Quiche are handcrafted in small batches using fresh eggs, milk and cream combined with the freshest meats, vegetables and cheeses available, all baked in a delicious pastry crust.

Our breads are made fresh and will bring the taste of Europe to your table.
The most popular breads are Ciabatta, Sourdough, Roasted Garlic and
Cranberry Walnut. For all of our bread we use wheat flour, salt, yeast, water
and olive oil.

Our Fruit Breads are the most popular items at the Farmers Markets. These delicious breads are very dense and moist and have a long shelf life. All are excellent for freezing and serving as needed.

Pastries and Desserts
Our Mixed Fruit Tarts, Elephant Ears and Chocolate Dipped Macaroons are the biggest sellers. The Tarts consist of Bavarian Cream and sliced fresh fruits in crust, while the Puff Pastries are layer upon layer of not-too-sweet pastry with either Bavarian Cream and sliced fresh fruit or fruit filling nestled in the center. Usually eaten on the spot…not many make it home from the market.
